Our approach to pricing is based on two guiding principles:

For MILS, the pricing is tailored to reflect the modular support and reflect the different requirements of clients. We have set out below some example approaches that may be relevant but we are always happy to discuss clients’ unique circumstances and explore how we create a package that is a great fit.
Fixed fee for a resource pool
Fixed fees for portfolio reviews (e.g. fixed fee per contract for an agreed number of contracts).
Risk / reward fee structures.
Fixed fee day rates for contractors and secondees
Fixed % value of transaction and/or turnover.
