Fractional General Counsel
Our Fractional General Counsel service provides clients with access to senior in-house lawyers on a fractional, cost-efficient basis. Businesses benefit from a C-suite level lawyer who can proactively identify and prioritise strategic risks to the client’s business and provide strategic counsel to directors.

Day-Rate Contractors & Secondments
We can provide temporary, dedicated legal resources from paralegals to experienced lawyers. Our approach provides cost certainty based on agreed, fixed day-rates and can meeting clients’ working requirements (whether remote or office based).
Quality control – all team members are fully vetted, will complete the agreed client on-boarding and regular reviews
Support – all team members have access to our subscriptions and network of specialist lawyers if required

Legal Soundboard
Our Legal Soundboard service provides a dedicated point of contact for initial queries and sounding board for clients. We believe that early engagement leads to better outcomes for our clients. Therefore, we have designed this service to be as accessible as possible.
Value – experienced, expert 2nd opinion who can identify potential issues early and avoid wasted expenditure
Community – as part of subscription, clients gain access to community of fellow in-house lawyers across multiple industries
Cost certainty – £99 + VAT per annum subscription
LS Legal Panel
We have seen first hand the benefits that large organisations have when leveraging their buying power for legal services. We also recognise that for many businesses this is not practical. As a result, we have created the LS Legal Panel which combines the buying power of our clients and allows us to negotiate favourable terms with specialist external counsel by leveraging this combined buying power.
Economies of scale – by combining the buying power of our clients, we are able to drive better pricing with our external specialist counsel
Move beyond hourly rates – by using the LS Legal Panel, we are able to track and manage all aspects of instructions to ensure consistency between projects
No upfont cost – we charge a percentage basis of actual spend and regularly benchmark to ensure value for money for our clients
