WTL (What The Law) podcast powered by Lex Stratum – Emma Levin

WTL (What The Law) podcast powered by Lex Stratum has published the first in a
series of episodes inspired by a conversation with a group of law students involved
in probono law clinics. The aim of the podcast is to shine a spotlight on some of the
amazing lawyers currently working across industries, often in the background, who
are contributing to the frameworks that allow businesses and communities to thrive.
As part of this, we also hope that it will provide access to real lawyers for people
considering entering into the profession who perhaps don’t have the benefit of such
access in their current networks.

In this episode, Calum Stacey is joined by Emma Levin. Emma is currently the Sole
Legal Counsel at Onebright, the personalised mental healthcare company building a
brighter way to provide life-changing support for people around the world. Prior to
this, Emma was the General Counsel of Mina, an EV charging payment solution
provider, leading them through a process whereby they were ultimately acquired by
Allstar. These roles were built upon a mixture of private practice experience with
Linklaters and in-house experiences with Barclays Investment Bank, Condé Nast
and UniHomes.

In this conversation, Emma talks about her background, career to date, and how the
legal profession can do better.

If you’re interested in the work experience placement initiative that Emma talks
about, please give Emma a follow on LinkedIn as more details on this will be coming
soon.

The podcast is available in both audio only and video formats. Access the
